Our suppliers provide warranties directly to customers. You can choose between a Standard 60-day warranty or an Extended 90-day warranty, *conditions apply.

Warranty Claims: Claims must be submitted to an authorized agent of Auto Parts KTC LLC within 60 days from the date of purchase to be valid.
Non-Transferable: The warranty is non-transferable.

Return Policy:

a) A 30% restocking fee will be applied to non-defective returns. If a part does not meet our terms or return policy, we reserve the right to apply this fee and withhold shipping costs from the refund. There is no restocking fee for incorrect parts. If a part is shipped and subsequently refused or not accepted by the customer, a 30% restocking fee plus two-way shipping charges will apply.

 

b) Warranty claims must be filed within the warranty period and include a diagnostic print-out from a certified mechanic, installation invoice, and receipts showing compliance with CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY requirements. Send all paperwork and photocopies of receipts via email with your full name and contact information.

 

c) If you receive a damaged or incorrect part, contact Auto Parts KTC LLC customer service before returning the part. Do not return the part until you have received a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. An RMA form must be completed for the return process.

 

d) Improper installation will void the warranty. Warranty is void without receipt. Modified items will not be accepted for return. Returned items must be in their original condition. Parts are uniquely marked, and returns not in original condition (except for items damaged during shipping and verified by a sales representative) will not be refunded.

 

e) In the event of part failure, the part must be inspected in the vehicle before removal; otherwise, the warranty will be void.

Refund Process:

Auto Parts KTC LLC does not cover labor costs.

​

a) By purchasing, you agree that Auto Parts KTC LLC can supply parts compatible with various years, makes, and models, which are interchangeable.

b) Auto Parts KTC LLC estimates an average of 10,000 to 15,000 miles per year. We do not guarantee mileage. Any mileage issues will be addressed with the next best available part.

​

c) We will not reimburse labor charges for defective parts. Reimbursement will be limited to the original cost of merchandise plus any applicable tax.

​

d) After return inspection and approval, a credit request will be forwarded to our accounting department. Refunds are processed after verification and inspection of the returned part.

​

e) Parts are typically delivered within 10-15 business days.

​

f) Engines and transmissions older than 50 years are sold as rebuildable cores.

​

g) If you cancel an order before shipment, a 25% cancellation fee may apply. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer.

​

h) Parts cannot be returned based solely on appearance or rust, as they are used and not in brand-new condition.

​

i) For engines, transmissions, or transfer cases swapped from the original make and model, a 30% restocking fee and two-way shipping charges will apply if the part does not fit due to technical reasons.
